My partners and I were looking to relocate our business to the Metairie/Kenner area. I took on the task of finding our perfect new home, having no doubts that the area would produce many hard-working, helpful, aggressive real estate agents, anxious to assist in meeting our needs. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After emailing and talking with several agents on the phone, most of whom were very anxious to inform me that what I wanted was nothing short of "impossible," I was discouraged, to say the least. After looking online for hours at available properties and driving around the unfamiliar city on different occasions, I was making my way home to Baton Rouge, and I received a call from Skip Weber. He had come in from out of town, read my email request and immediately called me and began working to find a property that suited our needs. And he did just that! Our new place of business is Perfect!
I sincerely hope that anyone in a similar situation who wants honesty and dependability from their agent, AND the luxury of making just ONE phone call, will call Skip. The experience that he has in this business shines above all others!
